Welfare

 

Legally mandated employee benefits and welfare

We provide the Employment Insurance, the National Pension,
the Health Insurance, the Workers' Compensation Insurance,
and other legally mandated programs, including medical check-ups.

Medical Expense Assistance

We pay the entirety of the expenses associated with the employee's
or his/her spouse's medical conditions covered by the health insurance.
We also provide part of medical expenses associated with conditions
not covered by the health insurance.

 
 

Comprehensive Medical Check-ups

We provide yearly or bi-yearly comprehensive medical check-up service
for employees and their spouses who are 30 years old or older
and who have worked at the company for 10 years or more.

Financial Aid for Education

We provide financial aid for the education of all employees' children,
from preschools to colleges and universities, eithern Korea or abroad.
Employees who have dependent siblings can also receive financial aid to help
those siblings to attend middle and high schools. We also provide financial
assistance for disabled children enrolled in special programs and/or schools.

 
 

Individual Pension

We provide half (50%) of the cost for the National Pension
required of all employees who are 20 years old or older

Congratulations and Condolences

We provide monetary gifts, special holidays, flower wreaths,
and other gifts for each employee's personal events that require
congratulations or condolences
(such as weddings, deaths of family members, etc.).
